Hey parents! 👋
Many e-bikes can travel at high speeds—some up to 35+ mph! For everyone’s safety, we ask that you help remind your kids of this new policy. If the rules aren’t followed, our security team and CMPD may ask the rider to leave the property.
Please note: if a visitor is banned for violating the policy, the ban will apply to the entire family for one year. By helping us reinforce these guidelines, you’re keeping Waverly safe and enjoyable for everyone.
We want to be clear: mobility devices used for accessibility purposes are always welcome at Waverly. This policy does not apply to wheelchairs, mobility scooters or other assistive devices.
We appreciate your cooperation as we continue working to make Waverly a place everyone can enjoy comfortably and safely. We look forward to seeing you around the center soon!
