Waverly will incorporate several pocket parks, tree-lined streets and The Terrace, a public plaza with outdoor dining, walking trails and seating. Other future tenants in the Waverly development include Ted’s Montana Grill, CycleBar, Chick-fil-A, ULTA Beauty, Viva Chicken and Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar, among others.
